The L Spa and Wellness Centre gift cards can be used for services, packages or products. Gift Cards have no expiry date, are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are transferrable. As we do not keep a record of gift cards in our system, we recommend taking a picture of the numbers on the back of the gift card in the off chance that they are lost or stolen. With the full gift card number we will be able to still use it as a payment or transfer the amount to a new gift card.
The L Spa and Wellness Centre cannot provide refunds on any products purchased in our spa due to the personalized nature of these products. Unused/Unopened products can be exchanged with the original sale receipt within fourteen days of original purchase. We recommend trying a sample of the product prior to purchasing.
Spa’ing should be a healthy habit, not just a luxury earmarked for once a year.
